The CEDC is one of Pennsylvania’s IT shops providing IT support to the Conservation and Natural Resources, Environmental Protection, Agriculture, Milk Board, and Environmental Hearing Board. The goal of the delivery center is to streamline operations and leverage resources more effectively, leading to potential operational improvements and cost savings.

GreenPort + Keystone Login - Identity Access Management for CEDC
Redesigned GreenPort + Keystone Login Integration is a one-stop-shop for all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) Applications and Milk Marketing Board (MMB). The New GreenPort consolidates all of the users new and existing applications(with legacy app import) in one dashboard. Redesign includes internal administration UI/UX redesign.
CECD Forms Design System
Develop a design system for CEDC focusing on complex forms following Pennsylvania’s first design system.
ePermitting Research and Redesign
ePermitting system is an online platform for submitting applications, forms, and notifications related to permits and licenses, particularly for activities impacting Pennsylvania's environment. ePermitting is used for various programs, including: Chapter 105 general permits, mining, oil & gas, storage tank permits, radiation protection, and other environmental permits.
Water Quality Data Systems + Offline/Online GIS Capabilities
This new complex system is used to store, manage, and share water quality data collected by various agencies, organizations, and individuals, enabling analysis, trend identification, and informed decision-making for water resource management.
Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Permitting System + Electronic Signature Modernization
This redesigned system is designed to gather and discharge stormwater runoff into local streams and rivers. MS4s are subject to regulations under the Clean Water Act, aimed at reducing pollution in stormwater runoff. Permittees to develop and implement a comprehensive Storm Water Management Program to control the quality of stormwater discharged to the storm drains and thence to waters of the United States.
PA Dept. of Agriculture(PDA) PAIRS Core Permitting Platform Research and Redesign
Instrumental in the UI/UX redesign and workflow improvement of PDA’s PAIRS Core permitting, licensing, and certifications(PLC) platform system. This system houses PLC’s such as plants, ride safety, weights and measures, food safety, spotted lantern flies, animal safety, dog law, domestic animal dealer and hauler license, and more.
Guided and helped redesign the delivery center’s Sharepoint Intranet portal by doing usability research + heuristic evaluation, organized information architecture and visual appeal, and improved knowledge sharing and retention.
