It all begins with an idea + a design problem. Designing applications to solve user experience problems starts with profoundly understanding what users need and struggle with. I focus on putting myself in their shoes through research + designing experiences with care. This iterative process of getting feedback and refining my designs helps me build applications that are functional, intuitive, accessible, and a joy to use, ultimately making the constituent’s lives easier.
